Returns & Exchanges
At Aape, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all Aape authenticity tags and protective bags are included.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
